Fix hidden library source auto-selection

Summary

• Prevent hidden Official Library/demo rows from being auto-selected in Parsed Chunks.
• Keep source selection aligned with the Sources sidebar visibility filter.
• Add regression coverage for initial and resolved selected-source behavior.
