README.txt: Observation Profile wording, multisite, the page cache hook, installation for 1.x and 2.x, an FAQ for http servers, five screenshots, and the license as LICENSE states it (GPLv2). README.md: what the plugin does and how to build and test it. The browser tests save the screenshots as screenshots/wordpress-org/ screenshot-N.png. CI's OWA server is http://owa.test:8080/ so they show a host name. Removed the activation hook that deactivated OWA's old bundled plugin; OWA no longer ships it.

owa_wp_tag_changed).build/isn't committed, sonpm run buildis required.screenshots/wordpress-org/screenshot-1..5.png(the admin page content, without the menu and toolbar). They are committed to.wordpress-org/, which the deploy action uploads as WordPress.org assets.http://owa.test:8080/(a hosts entry in the composite action), so screenshots show a host name instead of127.0.0.1:8080.owa/wp_plugin.php); OWA no longer ships it.
