- add team management commands, shell completion, and lite CLI support
- introduce team domain models, storage, task workflow, and approval handling
- expose team, task, and approval APIs with client and test coverage
- wire team service into server startup and room/channel adapters
- add embedded agent-team skill templates for manager and worker runtimes
- add web task models, routing, sidebar integration, and task detail views
