CEO cleanup after audit (A+ 99.8): - go.mod/go.sum: refresh direct and transitive dependencies (29 → 9 outdated modules) - ast_go.go, discover.go, execute.go, harvest.go, ibd.go, map.go, read.go: add test hooks to cover Windows/runtime/walk/abs/error branches - stcov2_coverage_test.go: add tests using the new hooks + score-floor branch
