I suspect you're going to get bug reports about the wonky wheels, but gotta have something to report from in the first place
Also fix a minor alignment error in coal mine 1x zoom overlayshading image.

Not a huge fan of the wonky wheel, but that's a personal preference and I play OpenGFX2 Classic, so it won't bother me. 😄

Slightly wonky perspective on the chunky pulley wheels is semi-intentional - could've rendered it in 3D for perfect perspective, but I prefer the slightly clunky hand-drawn look.
Also fix a minor alignment error in coal mine 1x zoom overlayshading image.
