Color rework and load dialog

The color palette has been reworked and a load dialog has been added to avoid SO closing the program on long loads

Color customization

Adds the capability to change the predefined color palette. Also, allows to export and import custom palettes

UI Redesign

The UI has been changed and incorporate precompiled bundles with PenRed version 1.7.1
