Add a root README capability summary covering production entrypoints, provider mode, Endpoint IDs and operations, lifecycle semantics, Gateway Tool bindings, and direct HTTP ownership. Link the descriptor, configuration and dependency contracts, and require future interface changes to update the summary.
Tool IDs are deployment bindings; Node, Endpoint and operation counts are documented separately. Documentation only.
Maintain independent English
README.mdand Simplified ChineseREADME_zh.md, with reciprocal language links and matching API identifiers, commands and configuration examples. Future interface changes must update both documents.
