- Fixed 1.21.11 NeoForge support
- Fixed toggle sneak support in 1.21.9+
- Fixed toggle sneak support on (Neo)Forge

- Probably fixed memory leak with InvMove's debug overlay
- Couple changes to reduce mod jar size (now <100Kb on newer MC versions):
- Removed bundled mixinextras on NeoForge 1.21+ (since it's included by default like Fabric now)
- Reduced mod icon resolution
