A module dependency could only be `*` or an exact version, so raising the patch version of an official module broke every third-party module pinning it — the shipped project-notes example had to be repinned from memory 1.0.0 to 1.1.0, which discourages versioning the official modules at all. `requires` now also accepts `^major.minor.patch`: the same major, from that version onwards. `*` and exact versions keep their meaning, and a different major is still refused. code-simplification loaded 331 lines on every use, and write-task carried its task template inline. The detail that is only read while doing the work moves into references/, linked from SKILL.md, leaving the entry points at 146 and 86 lines. Moved blocks are byte-identical; skill behaviour is unchanged, and compose already copies a skill's whole tree. Also links the orphaned GLOSSARY-FORMAT.md from the teach workspace list, and adds a test that every relative link in an installed SKILL.md resolves.
