Summary

• New optional knowledge module: two editable indexes in TASKS_DIR, APP.md (flow → doc/app/<flow>.md → keywords) and DOC.md (theme → doc/<theme>.md → when to read), modelled on gpac_monitor without GPAC terms.
• Session-start rule: start from the index, read only the matching ## section, write a flow doc only on a second investigation, never copy into CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md.
• Doctor warnings: index > 8 KiB, theme > 16 KiB, broken index links.
• Added to officialModules (Complete = 9 modules); README and docs/modules.md updated.

Test plan

• tests/run.sh and tests/publication-candidate.sh pass after merging main
• Targeted test: install, doctor 0/0, edits preserved on repeat add, oversized theme + broken link → 2 warnings
• update knowledge case: edited APP.md preserved by ants update
• Real install from npm pack tarball: rule composed in PROJECT_RULES.md, doctor 0/0
