Sleep/Wake will ping the server hosting Windows and Linux agents to determine whether to toggle the USB relay to put the server to sleep or wake it up.
Adds Qt platform plugins for Wayland and patches the AppImage run script to automatically detect if we're running a Wayland environment to appropriately set
QT_QPA_PLATFORM.
