Description
This adds a new OER element that is an adapter for the SPLICE Smart Learning Content Protocol. This element allows instructors to embed externally hosted and graded content as an iframe and report scores back to PrairieLearn.
Testing
Manual testing that the OER catalog page looks and links work as expected. The new OER element has gone through rudimentary testing via the provided example question and some other manual tests.
