This class contains TIME_PERIOD and getMotorSupplyVoltage(); more will be added later.
Per the FRC simulation docs "It’s recommended that FRC users set supply voltage to RobotController.getBatteryVoltage()."
I verified in the debugger that this method returns 12 volts at the start of simulation.
