Improve Automation API token settings UX

Summary

• add a clear Automation API running/disabled status in Settings
• warn when enable/port edits need Save settings plus app restart before affecting the running API
• require confirmation before regenerating the bearer token and note that MCP/Codex clients must be updated
• add a Codex-friendly helper that copies a PowerShell User environment command for SHARDX_TOKEN
