This PR adds two main UI changes:
-The cell toolbar now has 15% opacity when it overlaps with the text, and hovering over it gives it 100% opacity. This fixes issue #13
-After using the explanation command for a cell, changing the active cell displays a warning banner at the top of the chat, with a "Go to Cell" button to allow moving back to the relevant cell.
