Validate live pool ranking order

Summary

• validate that live_pool.json symbols follow selected latest_ranking.csv rows ordered by current_rank
• render release-status ranking previews by current_rank instead of raw CSV row order
• add regression coverage for live-pool order mismatches and shuffled ranking CSV previews
