[codex] Hide non-live HK profiles from LongBridge status

Summary

• Filter LongBridge visible HK strategy profiles to the rollout allowlist.
• Keep research-only and snapshot-scaffold HK profiles out of status/switch output.
• Update CI smoke import and docs to use the live-eligible HK ETF rotation profile.

Validation

• git diff --check -> passed

Note

• Full tests/test_runtime_config_support.py was not used as the validation gate here because the local environment previously failed collection on a missing quant_platform_kit.common.runtime_config dependency; the targeted runtime-status smoke check covers this change.
