Summary

• Derive LongBridge live profile enablement from UsEquityStrategies runtime-enabled metadata.
• Add dynamic_mega_leveraged_pullback hybrid input support for feature snapshot, market, benchmark, and portfolio inputs.
• Resolve env-sync snapshot/config requirements from the platform status script instead of a hard-coded profile list.
• Add artifact path derivation and update dependency pins to QuantPlatformKit v0.7.16 and UsEquityStrategies v0.7.23.

Validation
