Summary

• pin QuantPlatformKit to a commit that includes quant_platform_kit.common.port_adapters
• pin UsEquityStrategies to the merged follow-up commit that depends on that QuantPlatformKit revision
• split CI so pinned package imports are smoke-tested before editable installs mask dependency issues

Testing

• installed the pinned shared packages in a clean local venv
• verified quant_platform_kit.common.port_adapters imports successfully
• verified resolve_canonical_profile still works for the live strategy profile
