• Pin QuantPlatformKit to 3368b261b6ab2210ecbfa79d0f93c5d0cd85c37d, which adds the SOXL/SOXX dynamic RSI threshold indicator.
• Pin UsEquityStrategies to 2b034808e97401a63e9756c86692d28d718390e6, which wires the dynamic RSI threshold into the SOXL/SOXX overheat downgrade logic.
• Keep platform runtime code unchanged; this release only updates dependency commits.
