Fixed LD Library Path
…rets so they're masked in run logs. - Require RVS_TARGET_ROCM_PATH (no /opt/rocm default); decouple INSTALL_DIR (always /opt/rocm/extras-<major>) from TARGET_ROCM_PATH (drives LD_LIBRARY_PATH only), wire LD_LIBRARY_PATH dynamically off TARGET_ROCM_PATH instead of hardcoding /install/* literals. - Simplify prereq check to <ROCM>/bin/rocminfo + <ROCM>/bin/amd-smi version, remove RVS level 3, keep only level 4. Add test levels table and update examples.
By enabling nightly build for all branch is to make sure build is working with latest ROCm for all supported branches. Particularly for release branches build need to continue and working till end of support for a particular release series.
using api instead of regular checkout and fetch reduces risk of permission issue on local runner if any at prepare nightly branch matrix stage.
