  • Bump openssl binary RPM URL, EVR, size, and checksum to 3.5.5-3.el9_8.
  • Bump openssl source SRPM URL, EVR, size, and checksum to match the new openssl build.
  • Update appstream module metadata URL, size, and checksum to the latest snapshot.
