Summary

• Add a self-contained spreadsheet formula provenance guard for SCIBASE Scientific/Engineering Data & Code Hosting.
• Validate uploaded spreadsheet datasets for SHA-256 evidence, macro-enabled files, external workbook links, hidden sheets with data, volatile formulas, stale/missing calculation evidence, formula provenance references, normalized exports, and export checksums.
• Include synthetic clean/risky spreadsheet packets plus reviewer artifacts in JSON, Markdown, SVG, GIF, and MP4 formats.

Distinct scope

This is not another broad FAIR manifest, artifact package integrity, preview cache/version drift, raw-instrument preview, notebook preview, retention/tombstone, model-card lineage, license metadata, sensitive redaction, schema evolution, data dictionary, persistent identifier, SBOM/advisory, upload checkpoint, replica consistency, column sensitivity, malware/archive quarantine, executable sandbox egress, or supplementary media accessibility slice. It focuses only on spreadsheet formula provenance and normalized export readiness.
