Summary

• Adds collaborative-statistical-reporting-guard/, a dependency-free statistics consistency gate for collaborative manuscript export.
• Validates sample-size parity across text/tables/figures, p-value wording and table parity, effect-size and confidence-interval consistency, figure statistic parity, locked-section statistical edits, and blocking statistical reviewer comments.
• Includes clean/risky synthetic fixtures, deterministic tests, JSON/Markdown reports, an SVG dashboard, and a committed MP4 demo artifact.

Issue Fit

This is scoped to the Real-time Collaborative Research Editor issue #12 and is distinct from the existing broad editor, operation replay, offline conflict, notebook/kernel, reference formatting/merge, equation/figure anchor, table formula, terminology/unit consistency, accessibility, suggestion provenance, notification, private-comment export, and data-availability slices. It focuses specifically on statistical reporting consistency before collaborative manuscript export.
