This is four fixes:
Tester reported being unable to view SGA Space bookings made for the Conference Room or Recess Corner on the admin side. Resolved by extending original 1-week viewing period and adding a selector.
Bookings created for an inactive semester, past or future, were viewable in the archive but not editable. Added an option in the admin bookings tab to view these bookings and edit them.
The Information Manager admin role was added.
Statuses were more restrictive on booking creation than on booking revision. Opened creation statuses to the same breadth.
