fix: v16 compatibility fixes for khetangroup

v16 Migration Fixes

Removed duplicate credit_days custom field from Payment Schedule fixtures
Fixed override class inheritance for v16 compatibility
Fixed has_permission raise_exception → print_logs
Fixed frappe.flags.in_test → frappe.in_test
Fixed sort order modified → creation in report fixtures
Removed HRMS v16 deleted benefit functions
Fixed Employee import path hrms → erpnext

Tested on local UAT with prod backup data. bench migrate clean.
