…It it set properly but does not restart the timer when the device reboots. Needs to have timer restart at boot if set.

Currently the timer does not reset at reboot for auto shutdown time setting. The timer needs to restart at reboot. This includes some files along with documentation of my investigation. It is not completed, but contains the information that can fix this bug.
