A webapp for real time disaster updates, mitigation and guidance
This is a collaborated group project that aims to create a web application for keeping people up with the latest news and updates on disasters near their place of residence.
Some features We are working on:
- push notification system to notify people about updates, news alerts.
- a donation platform to help communities for post-disaster recovery.
- a volunteering platform that incentivizes people for participating and aiding in times of disaster
