- Adds optional `agentplaneRunRef` field (`string | null`) to `SyncCycleReceipt`
- Links a sync receipt to the agentplane `RunArtifact` that triggered the build, closing the audit trail gap between governance execution and the SourceOS sync event
- Not in `required`; all existing receipts remain valid
