1.6.1 - Let's try that again

The whole point of the last release was so that I could run automated tests, because I need a release with the required toolchain version. I failed to change that for 1.6.0, so the new parts didn't build and I still can't run automated tests. This will fix that issue once it is in board manager.

A number of minor fixes have also gone in in the past two days too.
