Auto-install Okular for live mode#2

Add a platform-aware okular submodule beside the cli that detects whether Okular is installed and, if not, offers a platform-specific install using the instructions at https://okular.kde.org/download/. The live command now ensures Okular is available before launching and uses the resolved launch command (native binary or Flatpak). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
