Purpose of this pull request

MSSP parent orgs don't see the AI features / MCP Server access toggles on their own Feature Management page, but none of the AI docs explained where MSSP admins actually go instead — this caused real customer confusion in an EMEA support escalation (internal Slack thread, confirmed by Neha Dhar).

This PR:

  • Cross-links the Mobot, SOC Analyst Agent, AI/ML overview, and MCP server docs to the existing MSSP "Manage features" flow (Administration > Organizations > Manage Account > child org > Manage Features).
  • Names the exact permissions involved: Manage Organizations (MSSP path) vs. Manage Organization Settings (standalone-org path) — fixing an existing "Manage Org Settings" typo in the Mobot doc to match the formal permission name in role-capabilities.md.
  • Notes that Support account users cannot manage child-org AI settings from an MSSP parent org, even with the Administrator role.
  • Adds a note to manage-orgs-for-mssps.md confirming AI features / MCP Server access are among the manageable features there.

Out of scope: role-capabilities.md's "Manage Organization Settings" row description doesn't currently mention Feature Management access. Left that alone pending separate confirmation with Neha, rather than assume it's accurate.

MSSP parent orgs don't see the AI features/MCP Server access toggles
on their own Feature Management page, but the docs never explained
where MSSP admins actually go instead, causing customer confusion in
an EMEA support escalation. Cross-links the AI docs (Mobot, SOC
Analyst Agent, AI/ML overview, MCP server) to the existing MSSP
"Manage features" flow, names the exact permissions involved (Manage
Organizations vs. Manage Organization Settings), and notes that
Support account users can't manage child-org AI settings from an
MSSP parent org.

@ndhar-sumo thanks for the quick turnaround

Resolve conflict in mcp-server.md: keep the now-uncommented Micro
Lesson block from main plus this branch's MSSP cross-link addition
to the Enable/disable MCP server section.

Adds the App Catalog toggle (confirmed via screenshots) to the MSSP
Manage Features doc, along with the support-account caveat that had
no home after trimming duplicate MSSP explanations out of mobot,
SOC Analyst Agent, MCP server, and AI/ML docs. Those four now import
a shared docs/reuse/mssp-feat-mgmt.md partial instead of repeating
the same paragraph. Also refreshes stale Feature Management screenshots
and splits the manage-features-button screenshot into its two entry
points.

…nct alt text

The shared partial said "this toggle," which was ambiguous wherever it
followed a description of two toggles (ai-machine-learning.md). Reworded
to "these settings" so it reads correctly in every context it's reused
in. Also gives the two split Manage Features screenshots distinct alt
text instead of sharing the same generic label.
