Hi, I'm Suruch (Boss)

Product & technology consultant · 14+ years in software delivery

I turn business requirements into software that ships and keeps running. My background spans mobile and backend engineering, team leadership, product ownership and delivery management, across fintech, digital wallets, healthtech and retail POS.

What I build on my own time

  • Cwork: self-hosted HR and payroll system built around Thai labour practice (payroll, leave, attendance, approvals, PDPA controls for employee data).
  • PaynEat: restaurant POS with Clean Architecture enforced by lint, 1,100+ automated tests and 90+ documented design decisions.
  • PaynEat-ERP: the ERP side of PaynEat. Branch pricing, recipe-based inventory and ledger postings from POS sales.
  • pilothouse: a Claude Code skill that runs several sessions as one team with fixed roles.
  • ExcelToGo and MeDF: browser-based tools for Thai Excel files and Thai PDF documents. Files never leave your device.

How I work

  • Write decisions down (ADRs) so the reasoning outlives the conversation.
  • Test the parts that hurt when they break.
  • Explain technical trade-offs in plain language to the people who pay for them.
