fix: v1.9.14 — final ffmpeg sweep (4 missed) + MCP spec compliance

- 4 more bare "ffmpeg" in audio.py (stem format conversion, audio extraction)
  and video_core.py (stabilize audio merge) replaced with get_ffmpeg_path()
- MCP server docstring corrected (claimed --sse mode that didn't exist)
- Added resources/list and prompts/list MCP handlers (required by spec)
