The merged DispatcherCdpRunner type (EmulateCdpRunner + HarCdpRunner) requires startHar/harStatus/stopHar on test mocks.
Merge Tencent/BrowserSkill upstream/main (bsk 0.4.1 / extension 0.4.1), which brings the extension to daemon protocol 1.8 (from 1.1). Resolve the merge conflicts by keeping upstream's protocol-1.8 implementation and re-applying the local HAR recording feature on top: - extension HAR capture (har-recorder, tool.har_* dispatch, types, tests) - bsk har CLI and tool.har_* protocol types/schemas - HAR privacy disclosures and skill reference docs The extension now advertises PROTOCOL_VERSION 1.8 and MIN_COMPATIBLE_PROTOCOL 1.6, matching the installed daemon.
