Face lobby names and face-room sidebar/session titles clip with ellipsis #1102

Reproduce

SelfA1025 / SelfB1025 → https://social.botawaken.com, tip e109361, retest room 739184:

1. Start / join a 6-digit face room with display names SelfA1025 / SelfB1025.
2. Look at the waiting lobby under each avatar.
3. After Enter chat, look at the sidebar row and the in-app session tab title.

Expected

Member display names and room titles are readable (wrap, tooltip, or a layout that does not hide the distinguishing part of the name).

Actual

• Lobby labels ellipsize under the avatars (SelfA1025 …, SelfB1025 …).
• Sidebar / session tab clip long titles (Face-to-face · SelfA1025, SelfB…, 739184 · SelfA1025, SelfB…).

Not the same as #1086 (horizontal window clip after the old Enter-chat Internal error).
