Removing a member's Bot from a shared group leaves that home still seeing the room #1167

Symptom (prod, tip 24a4020 / Social 7a07e1bb)

Owner report (2026-10-25 Asia/Shanghai): after deleting / removing someone's Bot from a shared group (交付组), that person can still see the group chat in the sidebar and still get Inbox rows from it.

Observed on homes around flybot682b8a43 / SelfB1025 / flybot98b8ecba:

• Sidebar still lists FlyBot 交付组 for a home whose Bot was removed or whose pair shows 已不再共享 / Rejected.
• Inbox still shows Needs you / in-progress rows sourced from that room after the remove.
• Group settings on the host can show a short member list (e.g. only Dev4 + Reviewer2) while the room still appears on the other home.
• Chat also still surfaces friendship errors (not friends with @flybot98b8ecba.home) mixed into the room — separate but same messy join/remove path.

Expected

When an admin removes a member's Bot (or the human+Bot seat) from a shared ordinary group:

1. That home's sidebar drops the room (or clearly archives it so it cannot receive new lines / Inbox tasks).
2. No further room shares / seating / Inbox tasks land for removed members.
3. Host member list and remote home membership stay consistent.

Scope guess (non-binding)

Likely room-membership / room-share / social seating path when a member is removed — remote home may keep a local room row after the host drops them. Investigate and fix; do not assume this guess.
