What is the purpose of this pull request?

1. Fix UltraCosmetics version that was causing errors.

3.15 does not have the requisite API so main is actually the correct version until the next release comes out. You may need to manually re-run the CI occasionally to get it to pass, since it won't always have the latest version cached on Jitpack and will have to build it on-demand.
