feat: add the Antigravity plugin manifest - #89

Adds .antigravity-plugin/plugin.json so Antigravity can install the plugin from this repo, plus a logo variant on a white tile that stays visible on dark themes. Moves the full README to .github/README.md, which GitHub shows on the repo page, and leaves a short README.md at the root. Antigravity renders the root README as its marketplace overview, so the listing now shows the plugin description only, like the Claude Code directory. Adds Antigravity install and verify steps to the full README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds Unity's plugin to Antigravity, using the same skills as Claude Code, Codex and Grok.
