This tool helps automate common tasks on Procore, a construction project platform. You can use it to submit RFIs, track submittals, enter daily logs, manage drawings, and run project reports without doing it all by hand.
This guide shows how to download and run the program on Windows. No coding skills are needed.
- Windows 10 or higher (64-bit recommended)
- 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB or more for best performance)

- Administrator rights to install software
You will get the software from the GitHub repository page. Follow these steps carefully.

Go to this page to download the software:

On the page, locate the Releases section. It is usually on the right side or under a tab named "Releases."

Find the latest release. Releases are versions of the software ready to use.

Click and download the Windows setup file. It will usually be named like
procore-browser-automation-setup.exeor similar. -
Once downloaded, open the file by double-clicking it.

Follow the installation steps:
- Click Next to continue the installer.
- Choose the folder where you want to install the program or leave it as default.
- Click Install.
- Wait for installation to finish.
- Click Finish when done.

Find the program icon named “procore-browser-automation” on your Desktop or Start Menu.

Double-click the icon to open the application.

The first time you run it, you may be asked for permission to make changes. Click Yes to allow.

Once open, follow on-screen instructions to connect your Procore account. The program needs your login to automate tasks.

Use the main dashboard to select what you want to automate:

- Generate project reports
