- add themes and structure for them being changeable easily - create base components - remove old UI mockup and add the base for the new UI to app.slint

- remove state sync between checklist items and task echo checkbox - add scroll for task echoes and fix the bug where composer overflows upon adding elements - change UI for checklist for a better one without needing a button
