Node patch release for the indexer-only v0.26.3 train (XChain-Platform/xchain-indexer#68, tag v0.26.3 at aee46762).
The manifest was generated by bin/write-release-manifest.js from the signed tags and checked with claude/deploy/cut-v0262/check-node-manifest.js --version 0.26.3 --moved xchain-indexer (OK). Against the v0.26.2 manifest it changes only the comment, platform_version (0.26.3), released (2026-10-23) and the xchain-indexer row (v0.26.3, aee46762); every other component keeps its pin and trainActivation is carried unchanged. Node's package version and changelog move to 0.26.3.
