Added vcpkgJsonGlob parameter to vcpkg setup step.
Added permissions block for cache access and updated vcpkg steps with environment variables.
Updated README to include compiled downloads and clarify compilation instructions.
The Linux build steps do not work, so they have been removed.

I have fixed the Github Actions workflow of continuous.yml, removed the Linux build steps as they didn't work and the dependencies were too old. I also added a Windows release in my fork, note that if you would like to check it for viruses, you could using VirusTotal, I don't have any viruses in my compilations. If you would like me to add the release kindly tell me. Feel free to mention any bugs or issues I made, I will attempt to fix them as soon as possible.
