anyone can contribute. community contributors attempts to include everyone, and I think we lose that nuance if grouped with Ambassadors. Ambassadors don't need a section but if you want one, make it its own section

I've added a new section. I think it is not a bad idea to make it super clear for Ambassadors, as when I read the text it wasn't crystal clear that is encouraged for Ambassadors to submit blog posts.
Clarified roles for Community Contributors and AAIF Ambassadors in blog guidelines.
