Two new tables are included here, each containing site and source classification terms from the CRUST1.0 global velocity model (see http://igppweb.ucsd.edu/~gabi/crust1.html)

The previous results were slightly different because the source data included 30 mislabeled points (see change-log for ObservedStrains.txt); the error was corrected for this release.

This marks the release of the full high-frequency strain dataset, with the peak values used in the paper.
