Problem Government contracting data was locked in unstructured PDFs and external APIs, making analysis slow and manual.

Solution Built an internal AI chatbot using LangGraph and LangChain, with structured SQL analytics, SAM.gov integration, and PDF-to-Markdown pipelines for LLM-based analysis and summarization.

Impact

• LLM-assisted contract analysis shipped to real customer workflows
• Automated extraction and normalization of contract data from SAM.gov into CSV

Problem A retail business needed a high-converting online store with custom checkout logic, inventory sync, and room to scale.

Solution Built the full stack: Shopify storefront with custom Liquid and React/Hydrogen, payment processing, marketing integrations, and automated inventory and reporting pipelines. Optimized for speed, SEO, and conversion.
