In 3+ years as a full-stack engineer, I've shipped AI-powered platforms that now serve 20,000+ users — automating workflows that used to eat 20+ hours a week of manual human effort. Not because automation is trendy, but because well-engineered systems genuinely set people free to do higher-leverage work.

At Smartbenefits, I architected Pakistan's first remittance-linked health insurance product from zero — three platforms, WhatsApp-based policy issuance, and live webhook integrations with Qatar-based enterprises (Vodafone, Ompay) and Bank of Punjab Exchange. No playbook existed. I wrote it.

I also built a multi-agentic AI chatbot that resolves 1,000+ medical queries every month at 85%+ accuracy — and the part I'm proudest of: it gets smarter on its own. Every OPD claim settlement feeds the knowledge base automatically, with zero engineering involvement after deployment. That's the difference between shipping a feature and engineering a system.

My stack spans the full depth — FastAPI, Django, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, Vertex AI, ADK, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS, GCP — but what I actually sell is judgment: knowing when to reach for AI and when a well-placed cron job is the smarter call.
