Added support for MFA using an authenticator app. The
_loginfunction now has anauthkeyparameter. If it's not set and the MFA page comes up, an exception is thrown. Otherwise it will fill the appropriate input field and submit. If no MFA page appears, then the username and password are assumed to be all that is needed.
