GitHub - adityauj/Hybrid-Distributed-Intrusion-Detection-System: Using Anomaly based and Signature based IDS as Hybrid IDS in order to detect known and unknown Realtime malicious activity. If new malicious activity is detected, the information will be used by Hybrid IDS to train itself using new data and create its signature in order to detect the same in near future. Also, new signature will be shared with other hosts in distributed environment so they can add the new signature in their IDS and detect the same. HDIDS was trained using special CICIDS-2017 dataset by University of New Brunswick, Canada that has over 80 features for efficient and faster signature detection.
