Removes [@hono/node-server](https://github.com/honojs/node-server). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [@hono/node-server](https://github.com/honojs/node-server), [@angular/pwa](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli) and [@angular/cli](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli).
